Commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility will shape the airports of the future. The Turkish General Directorate of State Airports shares this view and decided to move towards clean energy at Turkish airports.
The Directorate never compromises on quality of materials installed at their airport. This is why Tekom-Puk is already a preferred brand when it comes to cable management systems for electrical installations at Turkish airports.
Turkey’s first two ground-mount airport PV power plants with 250 KWp capacity each, have been built in Antalya and Dalaman. Both plants are expected to produce arround 800.000 KWh electricity per year.
The mounting systems of both plants, were designed and produced by Tekom-Puk. As with many other national and international projects, Tekom-Puk Solarline mounting systems were the right choice for Antalya and Dalaman: optimum designed, easy-install galvanised steel structures with long-term reliability.
And if you are one of the lucky ones who can escape in summertime to the beautiful southern coast of Turkey to make most of their well deserved holiday, do not forget to take a glimps at the arrays of solar panels at Antalya or Dalaman airports before landing. What you will see are the first steps of the solar revolution of Turkey.
